1997
The Beginning
Established the company in 1997 Duang Charoen Development Construction Group Company Limited was established under the Lao PDR Investment Law in 1997 as a private company 100 percent owned by Lao people. Mr. Khamphai Srilaza is the founder, director-leader and manager all along. The beginning is named: Duang Charoen Development and Construction Company Limited (DDC), with an office located in Xiengkhouang province in the northern part of Lao PDR. With an initial property value of only 1 million US dollars. In the first phase, the company operated in the field of bridge-road construction, irrigation, water supply and construction infrastructure.
2003
Expand the service
Expansion of service units and affiliated companies in 2003 Through the implementation of many projects from north to south, the company has grown, known and recognized by the society and also received the trust of the party-government and has expanded its activities to many sectors such as survey-design, construction of bridges-roads, buildings, electric dams, furniture industry, mining, agriculture and research. Now there are more than 15 companies in the vine, so it changed its name to DDC GROUP, which is located in Phonthong Village, Xaysetha District, Vientiane, District 19, 450 Year Road.

Business and development of the company
The company is fully equipped to develop its business for continuous growth, with stable financial stability, with strong management in terms of knowledge, skills and experience for more than 20 years, as well as with skilled design-construction engineers, with an expert exploration and mining team, with a total of more than 800 employees, with a total of more than 600 heavy-light mechanical vehicles, with a total asset value of more than 900 million dollars and have partners to develop each project both domestically and internationally who have agreed to sign contracts for more than 30 years.
